  1. 6 tomates mûres (moyennes), 
  2. 2 piments verts hachés, 
  3. 1 cuil. à café de feuilles de coriandre (cotomili), 
  4. 1 oignon émincé finement, 
  5. 1/2 cuil. à café d'huile végétale, 
  6. sel.
chatini tomates pommes d'amour


  1. Nettoyez et lavez les tomates. 

  2. Hachez finement ainsi que les piments. Ajoutez les piments aux tomates. 

  3. Ajoutez l'oignon et le coriandre haché. Mélangez avec de l'huile végétale. 

  4. Avant de servir, ajoutez du sel et mélangez bien le chatini.
