Ingrédients:
  1. Piments frais
  2. Sel, un volume pour 3 volumes de piments
  3. Vinaigre blanc
  4. Bocaux

Les piments confis peuvent êtres servis avec tous les plats.

Préparation:

1.     Utiliser les piments verts frais. Laver et égouter les piments dans une passoire. Enlever la tige de chaque piment.

2.     Eviter de porter les doigts aux yeux ou autre partie sensible du corps.

3.     Stériliser les bocaux et les couvercles en les lavant dans de l’eau bouillante. Laisser sècher.

4.     Empiler soigneusement les piments aux 2/3 des bocaux.

5.     Ajouter le sel. Frapper les bocaux pour laisser le sel s’écouler entre les piments. Remplir le bocal de sel.

6.     Verser le vinaigre blanc en petite quantité, jusqu’à remplissage complet du bocal.

7.     Fermer soigneusement les couvercles.

8.     Placer les bocaux dans un endroit ensoleillé pendant une semaine pour permettre aux piments de macérer.
