Boil eggs for 5 minutes, soak in cold water until
eggs have cooled down and remove shells.
Heat soy sauce, water,
sugar, and sesame oil. Put eggs into mixture, cook for 5 minutes over low heat.
Leave the eggs in this
mixture for 30 minutes.
Turn eggs in mixture
often until evenly coloured. Cut each egg into two or four pieces.
Put on to a dish,
garnish and serve.
Note: Soya eggs are good for hors d’oeuvre.
